“Update 12/19/24 Finally got notification from the app that this location is up and running! I see that it's available in my app too although I haven't had a chance to actually charge yet. Just be careful navigating the parking lot when crowded! Update 12/14/24 The location is up and running but it is not showing up in the Electrify America app, so if you rely on the app because you have a subscription plan, keep waiting. When I called Electrify America to indicate this, I also had a nice woman tell me how to pronounce my name after she asked me to spell it, try to paraphrase that I was calling because I was "confused" about the location not showing up in the app, and first telling me to reinstall the app. Then finally after this ordeal, she indicated that she was going to file a report to the app people, then asked if there was anything else she could help with. At this point I just wanted to get off the phone so I ended the call, still not knowing when the app will show this location. Today is 12/11/24 and this location has been down since before Thanksgiving. It looks like they were updating to faster 350kwh machines but they are still not operational. Moreover, the Electrify America App no longer shows this charger in it's search results but hopefully if/when this location is operational again it reappears. “The reason these chargers are not convenient is because of people. There will be people waiting to use it and you’ll have cars sitting there until 100% charging.
