“All these charging stations that are ment to go up to 350kw ccs chargers "hyper" they dont even go past 50kw. Its crazy that a CHAdeMO is meant to go up to 50kw and clearly ppl are charging here because i see chunks of ice/snow in these spots. But wheather its summer or winter in the past 2 years iv come here periodically and iv had no luck getting it past 55kw iv heated my battery up before iv showed up here like it says to do. Iv tried 3 different chargers here and no luck. I think once when they first opened the guy who travels around to different charging stations to fix these was here and he got it to go up to 220kw and he said hes never seen that high of a number that was in the fall but iv done nothing different this time around and were getting nowhere tbh. Iv spent a decent amount of time today trying to see if its something im doing wrong which tbh its not rocket science lol plug in and pay. Iv called the 1800 numbers on the chargers as well and they are little to no help. Wondering if anyone else has any miracle ideas to get the KW to go higher than 50... again i know my car has the capability to do so. Its a kia ev6 btw.... “Less than 45kw charging in an empty place. The canadian side sucks when it comes to charging high speed. Any route in the USA has a minimum rate of 120kw. Honestly the one star is for the charge rate. With +15 degrees outside no reason for the car not to charge faster.” — Roshan Sri, a year ago

“We charged as guests and after 3 minutes the charger shut itself off, even though it was supposed to go 30 minutes to get to 80%. We had gone into the store to stay cool, and when we came back not only did we not have a Charged car, but we had a $10 charge for idling fees. Calling customer support was really frustrating, and we got no help at all only told that the case would be reviewed. He had us try three more times and every single time the charger stopped after 3 minutes. He implied the problem might be our car.
