“This is a review of customer service not this specific charging station. A family member was using a deceased family members credit card fraudulently with a FLO account. I reported the credit card usage as fraudulent and customer service refused to remove the account from the user. They stated the user needed to do this. I could not cancel the credit card on behalf of my family member because other critical bills were paid in using the card. As power of attorney it can take months to get proper access and change billing information. This company should have better policies and standards for dealing with fraudulent credit card use. Beware if you put a credit card on file if someone steals it, you’ll have to cancel it cause they’re not going to remove it.” — P A, 6 months ago
