“The charging station is situated under the sun which is not great during hot weather. Fast charging it self requires cooling... therefore you won't see the range you think you should have. Drive for a bit and the range will change. I had a subscription but couldn't get charging started by tapping my phone on the nfc, I had to start it through the app with some struggle. There are indicators related to percentage of charge and battery level on the station but they are not readable (see photo). It is very easy to end someone else's session and plugin yours and there is not confirmed message (sms or email) sent to your phone (there is an app notification).” — Momen Mokhtari, 3 years ago

“Plugged in to fast charger, walked away, and noticed 20 minutes later that it had stopped charging after 7 minutes for an unknown reason. There are several slow charging stations in the same lot, some of which are free. I love my electric cars but the charging infrastructure stinks.
