Multiple times checking and having to reenter card info and replace the Plug in again. “Charging was very fast. It took a while to get it started. The directions when using a chip card are not clear. The charger told me to remove the card, then would not complete the transaction. Only after ignored this and left the card in did it accept the transaction to allow me to charge. Once the transaction is accepted I removed the chip card.
