“Incident at Tesla Westfarms Mall – March 19, 2026 : I am writing to report a very upsetting experience at the Tesla showroom at Westfarms Mall on March 19, 2026. My son is only 2 years and 3 months old. He was excited to see the car and briefly sat inside one of the display vehicles. I was right next to him and was about to take him out. At around 12:10–12:20 PM, a Tesla representative approached and pushed my child away from the car. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially toward such a young child. I understand there may be rules about not sitting in the vehicles, but this should always be communicated respectfully — not with physical contact. Unfortunately, I could not express myself at the time because I do not speak English well, which made the situation even more stressful. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope Tesla takes this incident seriously and ensures that all staff treat customers, especially families with young children, with care and respect.
