“Updated review to 1 star I have tried to charge here a few times recently with a hard time getting it to work. You start by plugging in the car. This is activating Plug and Charge. After a few minutes of thinking, it fails (my car doesn't have Plug and Charge available yet) It then prompts to either use guest pay, or the Charge Point App. To use guest pay, you have to unplug, the plug back in, but that kicks off Plug and Charge again. And if you go into the Charge Point App, it says the stall is occupied (probably because it things it's Plug and Charged). As a result, despite there being 3 different ways to pay. There is no way to start charging. It has been a waste of time every attempt at Electrify America. This is why EV adoption is so bad Maps indicated 2/4 chargers were available. That was not true, all the chargers were taken. Even as I sat and waited for 20 min it still said 2/4 available. Not sure what they use to track that but its clearly inaccurate or extremely delayed” — Gavin D., 8 months ago
