“This might be the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with. The charger at the first location was broken (took roughly 20-30 minutes to get that figured out). I was on the phone with a customer service person the whole time and finally she suggested moving to a different station. I said that’s fine; but explained to her that I had already paid for parking in the lot I was in, and would have to pay for parking again in the new lot - so I asked if there was anyway they could compensate me for that. I suggested adding $5 to my account, which barely covered the extra parking fee; not to mention the time I wasted troubleshooting their broken charger. After spending 28 minutes on the phone she basically told me I was out of line to think I should expect any compensation for the trouble, and insisted nothing could be done.
