“One of the worst charging experiences I've had. This station charges a $40 flat rate, so I paid expecting a full charge. Instead, the charger shut off after 1 minute, claiming I’d “reached the limit” and demanded another $40 to continue. I called the support number on the screen, only to wait 25 minutes before someone told me I had the wrong department. After another 20 minutes on hold, I finally spoke with someone who took 15 minutes just to find which charger I was using. I explained the situation, and she told me, “don’t worry, you’ll only be charged for what you used.” I had to explain to her for 10 minutes,that this is a flat-rate system, not pay-per-use. She clearly didn’t understand what “flat rate” meant and ultimately told me there was nothing she could do. So in the end, I paid $40 for nothing, lost an hour of my day, and got zero charge. Totally unacceptable. No follow-up, no refund, no accountability. Avoid this station if you value your time and money.” — Miena Ayoub, a year ago
