“Do you like charging stations that take multiple $50 holds on all your cards on Apple Pay but doesn’t charge your vehicle at all? Look no further! This station will take as much money as your cards will allow in separate $50 holds but not put any more charge in your car at all. Did I have other uses for that money? Sure did, but why use my money on food, fun, or anything else I worked hard for it to be used to than to pay the useless people who make and operate these stations. When you call they say they have an outage in your area, rest assured that the outage does not get displayed on the charging station, nor does it ever get fixed, but they are ready to tell you that there is an outage and that your multiple $50 dollar holds will be released in 2 business days. Which is a lie, but when you call back they don’t keep records of anything so the next person you speak with has no clue what you are calling or upset about. Do not use these Shell chargers.
