What drivers have written

“This is the only decent charging station in Wickenberg for anything not a Tesla. There are two plugs a CCS and CHAdeMO. You will need to Download EVGateway App, was very easy to sign-up and get started. I charged my Audi Etron, with A CCS charger, was at 65% when we got here and 1hr to full, we only charged for about 25min. Dont go to The charging station across the street at the Shell Gas Station. It was a level 2 charger(not fast charging) and estimated 6 hours to full charge.” — Carrie LaPenta, 2 years ago

“The charger is easy to spot off the road but the dealer ship had a non-ev truck parked in the space. Found an out of order sign on the back side but the side with the screen looked like it was gonna work. Decided it was worth trying since I knew we could really use the extra 24% used to get that far. So I downloaded the app and gave it a try. It errored out when trying to start. This is the only fast charger between North Phoenix (i17 and Bell area) that could potentially be useful after traveling some distance before Kingman. I have an Audi Q4 Etron and knew there was a high chance this trip would be cutting it close without being able to charge in Wickenburg. But I really wanted to get a better feel for the limits of my car. We made it after traveling about 5 miles on 0% but it would have been a much less anxiety inducing ride had we been able to charge there. Unfortunately the infrastructure is just not quite there for a majority of EVs currently on the market to take this route. Fixing this charger would help a ton.” — Sarah Truell, a year ago

“The Ford dealer regularly posts an out of order sign and/or blocks it with sales vehicles so it's unusable. We pulled up to it with a sign saying Out Of Order, but it worked fine using the app. On the way back the sign was still up, and when we asked a passing salesman he said they turned it off waiting for a service.” — David Tarvin, a year ago
