What drivers have written
“I’d give this EV charging station 10 stars if I could. I’m in the midst of a cross country trek from Atlanta to LA (my first long distance drive in an EV), and it’s been a learning experience for sure. No major issues, but a lot of minor annoyances….except tonight! Throughout this journey, I’ve used mostly Electrify America, EVGo, and Tesla Superchargers, but tonight I stopped at the Ionna Charger in Wilcox, AZ bc I wanted to checkout how close to 400kWH charging it would get me, and it didn’t disappoint….hit 300 and going strong…fastest charging I’ve experienced since starting the trip. But more importantly, the hook up, charge initiation, and payment process was the easiest I’ve experienced, by far. They also have plenty of CCS and NACS chargers. Quick, easy, seamless, no need to fuss around with an app. Just plug it in, pay on the keypad, and boom….you’re charging. And the icing on the cake is that this is the CHEAPEST rate I’ve paid the entire trip - 0.34 or 0.39 (can’t remember which). 18% —-> 80% for $26.07!! I wish IONNA chargers were everywhere! This is def my go to EV charging company from now on. Thanks for creating such an affordable and seeess EV charging experience.” — Avi Bhavaraju, 7 months ago
“Great stop plenty of chargers and all EVs welcome. I stop here every time i need to charge my Rivian going and coming from Texas. The gas station has restrooms which make it nice.” — Orlando Valenzuela, a month ago
“You all have your rate listed in the PlugShare app as $.20 per kilowatt hour. You don’t have a dedicated charging app of your own where drivers can ensure the price is correct. We have to rely on apps like PlugShare and given your activity on the site that appears you are very much aware of what is listed there. I drove across town because of that competitive rate only to find that it was about $.20 higher than that per kilowatt hour. I took the time to call customer service to find out about the discrepancy. Was told it was a one week promo rate that ended yesterday. That’s not reflected anywhere, with respect to the rate, online. I asked for a courtesy credit or a rate adjustment on a one-time basis, given what was effectively false advertising. I was given a flat NO. Nothing else offered. I was exceedingly polite & patient all the way thru the call, but I will not be coming back here and I left a relevant review on the PlugShare app to advise other drivers. In a further example of questionable attention to detail and/or poor professional practices: When I followed the QR code to leave a review, as instructed, it took me to (and forced a review for) some other location, in Arizona. I am not in Arizona. (I followed the QR code listed @ end of session, on the charger here @ 1401 Folsom St. in San Francisco, California.) Have a good day.” — K M, 3 months ago
