“If you’re in need of a quick charge, this place will be suffice. However, there were issues when I started up the charger. One of the units was completely out of service, and the other unit had a broken card reader. I had to use the app to get the unit to go, and pray that I chose the right charger since nothing is labeled. I averaged 119 kw on a preconditioned battery. “The cords are not numbered. I spent several minutes getting errors only to then realize it's because the cords are not labeled, and what I thought was #1 was really #2. Company needs to label these so you know which one you're sitting in front of. Also the dealership has its own set of level 2 chargers out front. “Only one of the two large fast chargers are working. There is no indication in the Ford pass app or on the charger which connector is which. So if you activate one in the app and nothing happens, try activating the other. Would be nice if they area was more dog friendly. Or even closer to some coffee or a bathroom.
