“Awful. Payment issues. Charger wouldn’t start, had to call customer service due to the location and my charge. They kept prompting me to make an account and it would be easier to help me if I had an account. Finally I told her no! Why would I make an account? This is a terrible experience! Also cord was frozen and extremely hard to manipulate/move. I had to leverage the cord w my body weight to move it to plug it in. The click was also frozen as well. I know Flo doesn’t control temps but this was easily the heaviest/most difficult cord I’ve ever manipulated.
