“Electrify America, when will you address the persistent issues with your chargers? Each visit reveals the same problem: a non-functional charger. It’s crucial that you address this. Additionally, the cleanliness of the area needs attention. The output is currently only 56kW, making it one of the least efficient charging stations. All four chargers are limited to a maximum of 50kW, significantly increasing the time needed to charge a vehicle. Prompt action is needed to improve the charging experience at Electrify America. Update: Two out of four chargers are down again, and another charger is only charging at 57kW. It takes almost 2 hours to get charged. There are four cars waiting behind me.
