“I am a new customer. I came to the charging station on Avalon in Wilmington at 5:00 am. The charging station that I was at was not functioning, ID# 2054075. The customer service agent that I spoke with was a woman and she was extremely rude and didn’t even want to help me. I told her this was my first time charging with you and she told me that I can do everything through the app. Even tried to get off the phone with me. I told her it’s not working and then she finally tried to trouble shoot it. Come to find out, the station was down and Not working and I had to move to another one. I asked her to stay on the phone with me. She didn’t even want to. She told me “there’s other people to help and not that many of us here”. Also, she changed my plan from the free trial before I was even 100% sure that I wanted to do that. I was just asking her question about my options. And she was even argumentative about that. Is this how you treat your brand new customers? This is giving me second thoughts about even moving forward with your services.
