“It is working after a little runaround but only charging at 73kW. First the bar code took me to Shell, but the bar code on the box took me to evconnect where I set up an account. Oh well, at least I am not stranded.” — HHM, a year ago

“At least Shell Recharge is consistent, App still does not work even after, “delete the app and reinstall”. Again, needed to call Shell Recharge to initiate charging station. Charger max out at 87 kW on a 150 kW station and only one charger in use. Rivian upper charge limit is 210 kW per their technical report. Both charges up and running despite mapping app always indicating 1/2 available. Irrespective of my whinnying, the chargers do work and it is the fastest I have found in Wilmington.
