“Terrible experience. Was running out of charge in my Tesla and stuck in accident traffic so decided to give Chargepoint a shot. Tried one at a Hilton Tru, and after 15 minutes of trying to get the equipment to charge repeatedly, app freezing, then calling support with no answer, I went to another chargepoint+ a few miles away. The second one would also not allow me to charge with just a credit card, would also say "starting to charge" and then just stop. Really makes me appreciate the Tesla thoughtfulness and quality.
