“The DC fast charger is labeled “out of order”. Of the two CCS chargers, one appears to have no power: the screen is black. The other says “touch screen to start”, but the touchscreen doesn’t work. I tried calling Blink; I got an automated service that asked for the serial number of the charger, but that charger has no serial number. So I drew a complete blank here.
