What drivers have written

“I took my wife’s Lyriq to get charged (my first time) Obviously Google maps was outdated and it was no longer a EVgo (free charge). Since it was 40 minutes round-trip to the nearest EV go station I decided to try the red E. How disappointing I’m charging at a maximum of 70kW. To add 200 miles it will be an hour and 58 minutes and the time to get a full charge keeps going up. My best calculation says that I’m spending about $.25 per mile and wasting two hours of my life. The small lyric is more expensive per mile than my 2024 Cadillac Escalade, ESV.” — Steven Morris, a year ago

“I tried these Red e chargers for the first time and was pleased. I used the Android Red e app and found it easy to use. My credit card was hit with a $50 charge and it's not clear if I have to maintain a balance or it was a pre auth and will be updated when the actual charge is processed.” — Ron Roelfs, a year ago

“This was a weird charger. You have to park super close and the cord doesn't stretch out. I had to lean over my car to swipe. It was easy to use just swiped my card but no receipt so I don't even know how much it cost yet. There should be an option to text or email a receipt.” — Alecia Parks, 3 years ago
