“Pulled up for a quick few miles of charge. I put in my credit card and started the process but accidentally cancelled it (never plugging it into the car). I then set up the app (which I've never used before) and completed a 15 minute charge. An hour later I got a fraud alert. There was a $50 charge, and the the expected charge of $0.74 ,and the $10 hold that had a matching $10 return. The $50 charge was not returned and was a slight different/misspelling from the other 3. The $50 was to a business that's a restaurant named "Wolfeboro" according to the credit card companies view. I don't recommend using a credit card here and am going to try to report it to the town. Credit card company highly recommended new account numbers and cards to prevent any further charges. If there is a business reason for a $50 charge, it should be stated at the machine. Credit card skimmer is where my mind goes unless someone can explain this. # Update # Although a slower charger, it's convenient to downtown. “The chargers are a little past where google has them located, but still easy to find. Next to plenty of amenities and downtown, the location is perfect and the price is fairly cheap.
