“I have had mostly positive charging experiences here. However, tonight when I arrived, I found both fast charging stations Out of Order ☹️ Besides the fact that they were unavailable, a huge problem with Flo and some other charging companies is that on the app, the Out of Order stations are not shown as such but rather as available. Drivers whose battery could be very low, because of an unexpected turn of events, count on these stations, which are few and far between and often occupied. It's very stressful, ON a low battery, to drive to a charging station showing as available, only to find out that it's out of order. This is the second time it's happened to me. I wish and hope that Flo fixes this in their app. And also that more fast charging stations become available.
