“I usually have a very good experience with Electrify America and good customer support. Tonight was a very odd charging experience and I will try to avoid this location when possible. After 9pm the gate is locked which is an issue for EV charging. A security guard let us in, but he wanted my driver’s license. I find that an invasion of privacy. I don’t know who this person is or what he does with that information. Then he took a long time to type in our car license plate info. All this was a bit unnerving. Then I asked twice, “So are you here 24/7? Can I count on these chargers being accessible?” He assured me. However, when we were done charging it took about 15 minutes for him to show up. I was late picking my son up and it was a very stressful experience. The last time I had to give my ID to enter a place I was in the Soviet Union!” — Heidi Vogel, 4 months ago

“I needed a quick charge while passing through and these chargers are nicely located at the back of the Woodburn Premium Outlets parking lot. Too bad I stopped to charge when all the stores were closed. Either way, they're well lit, and there's security and camera systems monitoring the parking lot.
