“Very nasty experience at the electrify America charging station in Hudson road, Woodbury, MN today. The charging point 01 malfunctioned and couldn’t charge my car. But I got fraudulently charged with $12.00 for what they called idling time when their charger did not work. Had to call a live agent who doesn’t know what they’re doing and showed laxity and unprofessional behavior by asking me to change my card for another.
