“All stations operating at low power when I was there, and for the other two EVs that showed up later. Was only pulling 33 kW on a 150 kW with a preconditioned battery. The screen went dark and it didn't end my session after unplugging so I had to call customer service. Now customer service was very nice and helpful and did not charge me for the poor experience so I bumped it up a star for that. “This was the first scheduled stop on a 500 mile trip because of the great location for a 30 minute charge while we shop. The first charger wouldn't connect at all. The second charger was limited to 7kw. Another driver stopped at a third charger and his car maxed out at 12kw. I left to find a nearby chargepoint that worked without issue.
