“Cell service is terrible on AT&T here, shows 2 bars but its realllllly slow. I've driven my car from Washington State to Texas to Alabama to Massachusetts having to charge and VA and WV are by far the worst in terms of ICE'ing, never have I seen what I've experienced in these 2 states.
