“Conveniently located in the Hyvee parking lot. We have a J1772 to Tesla adapter which worked with this charger. Had to use the Tesla app to pay. We were able to charge our Chevy Blazer EV to gain 140 miles in about an hour. Went walked to The Mav Grille while we waited, which also had chargers but they appeared to be Level 2 instead of level 3 chargers. “Easy to find and close to the Interstate. The charger is in the parking lot of the Hy-Vee gas station and the main store is just across the parking lot. We stopped twice and charged 15 and 20 minutes. The first time we charged, we used 1A and were getting 170kW, then we charged three days later using 1A and were getting 120kW. This being our second time super charging, we through it might be an issue with the charger and moved to another spot - 2B and only received 80kW. We moved back to 1A and finished the charge. There was only one more car there parked at 1C with no one around so I couldn't ask what they were showing. Overall, a very convenient place to charge.” — Alan McEntee, 2 years ago
