I tried calling the contact number displayed at the location, and after nearly 30 minutes of repeated attempts, someone finally answered. I was informed that charging services were only available until 5 PM and that the station would become operational 24/7 within a couple of weeks. About seven weeks later, I passed through the same route and contacted them again, only to receive the same response. It appears the station is running on an agricultural power connection, which limits its operating hours.
