“They say you get free parking if you are here for less than 30 minutes however when you ask the attendant they "verify" your license plate and say you were actually there over 30 minutes. “Expensive, annoying, complicated, and doesn’t work! This is only a good place to charge if you actually need to be shopping because it’s in the terribly designed, for pay, parking garage. The garage isn’t terribly designed physically, it’s terrible in how payments and validations don’t work so exiting is always a hassle. This is on top of the insult of being charged $5 to park while you charge—this would be a deference even if they’d found an easy way to charge the parking fee. They have this ‘advanced’ person-less, ticket less system, and it’s so awful! You can pay online which involves filling out various forms and inputting all your info, you can pay at a station, or you can get parking validated with a purchase. None of these has ever worked for me, so although I’ve paid after hours, or validated at Whole Foods, when I go to exit the system doesn’t recognize my cars plate and doesn’t let me go.
