“This charger only charged 4% before ceasing the charge. I needed 64%. I left it to have a visit with a friend and returned to see what had happened--it did not charge and the idling cost was over $15. When I called Electrify America they alleged that it was my vehicle's fault that the charge stopped. That has never happened before. When I asked them to at least refund me the idling charge, they said "We can't do that." Apparently others have had a good experience with these chargers, but if you use them, know that they could stop at any time, you could get a large idling charge, and customer service will not help you. Second experience: I have increased my review because this charger is getting a fair 96 kWh, but again it stopped before the charge was finished. “Very nice location at the Menards hardware store. Charger started almost immediately with no problems. Six stations, right as you come into the parking lot. You can’t miss them.
