“I'm very glad these chargers were placed in the back corner of such a busy lot - seems to get fairly chaotic here and having the chargers as "less premium" parking spaces is great to avoid being ICEd as much as possible. The Target has clean bathrooms for drivers and is very clean and nice to walk around while charging up.
