What drivers have written

“Wow, not worth the stop. I called Ivy ro report that the two closest to the rest stop building have been down since January and that the third one has a Maintneance error on screen. I plugged into the fourth one amd the noise for drawing power happened and it said intializing. And then when I sat in my car the charging screen just kept saying intializing. And as I went to open the car door it said Failed. After I had been sitting there for over 20 minutes with no charge. I called Ivy to report all four were down and they said, oh well the last one was working up till just a few days ago. And I reponded wirh, "sorry, I was down here for a funeral a few days ago. Its now Sunday and I am trying to get home and I am not sure I have enough charge to get to Parry Sound. So please just send a maintenance person out to repair them all before someone gets stranded there!” — Rachel Fraser, 6 months ago

“I visited on March 21, 2026 and was unbelievably disappointed. ALL FOUR of their charging stations were out of service. Two were turned off for some reason, one read an "out of service display", and the 4th, despite numerous attempts, would not successfully connect at all. What is the literal point of offering a charging station at a busy service stop, if you cannot support a single car” — D'Arcy McNaughton, 5 months ago

“WARNING! THESE MACHNES ARE GARBAGE WITH NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT YOU WILL BE STRANDED BY THEM LIKE I WAS! I'm a recently new Tesla driver. It was one of the first cold days this winter (-13C) and I found myself pulling into this ONroute, 11 KM from my work, with 5 KM left in my battery. 2 NACS chargers there, 1 says its out of order on the screen the other appeared fine, I scanned the QR code to start the process and when I came to the step of plugging in my car would not register that anything was plugged in. I called their support number and their agents are AIs not human. The AI agent talked me through the process of trying again and even rebooted the machine for me multiple times. All to no avail. The AI agent informed me my case was being escalated to tier 2 support and I would hear back in 1-2 business days. My battery completely depleted in the time I spent trying to get the charger to work, I had to call a tow truck to take me to the nearest TESLA SUPERCHARGER, which of course worked fine first try. Do not waste your time and money on this.” — Jeremy Dove, 9 months ago
