“Easy on and off chargers… at the Outlet Mall in Barstow California. Can easily enter back of Mall to use restroom through a marked door next to chargers There were maybe 50-60 Superchargers and many destination chargers Many were under Solar Shade Panels and there were a few Pull Thru Chargers A lot of fast food on the way in too” — Ann and Tim, 2 years ago

“Now having done the LA -> Vegas -> Back trip multiple times, I don’t mind this station and bumped it up a star. This one is somewhat hidden for anyone new to it. Check out the detailed instructions below if you decide to use this 15 mins past Yermo (coming from Vegas). Yes, Yermo has bathrooms and this interesting store with lots of knick knacks, but this charging station has more restaurants and the area is more commercial. The reason why you’re here is also solid because it can be less busier than Yermo, if you have enough charge to get here as well. And the charge is pretty quick given it has the faster chargers (at this point). Thus last visit was at 9:45p on a Tuesday night and there were 12 chargers available and I got my 140 miles of charge in about 15 mins. Being able to eat (in/out, panda expresss, Chili’s, Starbucks, Carl’s Jr., Habit Burger Grill, Denny’s, IHOP, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin n Robbins, Del Taco, Burger King, Mike’s Subs, Canes Chicken Fingers ) makes this stop convenient if you are needing a bite to eat going either direction. Do note that you’ll want to get here before 10p however or do definitely check the hours of your choice of eating establishment. If you just need a bathroom break, you may have to annoying yo the local establishments if you don’t dine or spend a little cash at one of them. At the Panda Express sign on Lenwood Road, take a right into the Arco station which has a side road that will lead you to the Chili’s and Ayres Hotel. Drive across into Chili’s and you’ll see the chargers right behind it right before you see the busy I-15 traffic. One of the stalls has a beat up charging cable and doesn’t plug back into its socket. It’s kind of sad that people really abuse these given they’ve only been here for a few years at maximum. There were plenty of bays ( I think 16 ). Four (4) of them were even covered for inclement weather. There are decent amenities because it’s a busier area.” — Brandon Na, 4 years ago
