“It's a decent place. I like that they have shade by solar panels over the chargers. The charger I pulled up to today didn't work, but I was able to just drive over to one that did. “I came here Barstow Outlet on Tanger Rd by Holliday Inn for Tesla FREE Destination Chargers many times in the past after 10PM. Last week on Monday Night 6/8/2026 I got here before 11PM and charged my Tesla 3 and get billed $0.35 per Kwh. I didn't see any NEW posted prices or on Screen for this price changed !!!
