“charger did not connect at first go. then the gun got stuck inside the car without charging. I had to retry multiple troubleshooting methods to get the charging started. none of the ground staff were interested in helping. toll free support was connected to an extremely rude lady who didn't have basic manners or technical knowledge of how ev charging happens. she made me repeat the issue 3 times and then asked me to call vehicle's on road assistance.
