“soon as i walked up, the payment screen was frozen on some error message which was annoying becuase i had to use the app instead. charging itself was fine once i got it started, pretty fast for a Level 3 setup in a parking lot. didnt love that the spots are in a corner of the lot with no shade, felt like a bad spot to wait for twenty minutes. i would have liked a canopy or at least a bench so you aren't just leaning against your car. overall it got the job done and i got home with plenty of range but that little hassle at the start soured the whole vibe. good enough for a quick top off if you arent in a hurry but not much more” — Noyer Bratton, 2 months ago

“I always find EV chargers really hit or miss. This one worked for me and helped me on my journey. Signage was scarce as I was initially worried because all of the chargers on the first floor were occupied and Google maps said there were some open. I went up floor by floor crossing my fingers and was thankful to see on the fifth floor another set of chargers that were all open. “I appreciate that EVGO offers fast charging but 3 of four of the chargers have problems. Only 1 says it is out of service. Had to wait a while to use only charger that is working.
