“During a recent visit to the Electrify America station at the Boca Town Center, located in the parking garage at the Nordstrom store, I had a pleasant and efficient charging experience with my Volkswagen ID.4. The station features three ultra-fast charging stalls, and I used stall number two. Thanks to my car’s compatible plug-and-charge feature, I was able to plug it in, and within about nine or ten seconds, charging commenced without a hitch. The charging speed was impressive, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. One of the highlights of this station is its location in a covered parking garage, which is fantastic for avoiding the elements, whether it’s raining or overly sunny. The station itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to find within the Nordstrom parking area. However, it’s worth mentioning that there aren’t any on-site amenities like snacks or restrooms. If you need a bathroom break or want to grab a bite, you’ll have to venture into the Boca Town Center mall. While this isn’t a major inconvenience, it’s something to keep in mind for longer stops. Despite the lack of amenities, the convenience and efficiency of this Electrify America station stand out. The fast charging capability and reliable plug-and-charge feature made the experience seamless. Overall, this charging session was typical of what I’ve come to expect from Electrify America—fast, efficient, and hassle-free. “Not bad" waypoint but see pics*. I'm guessing if you need one switched on they'd do it remotely like EV-go did during COVID 2019 not many needed it then.. most people charge up at home it seems..
