“This is the third time I come here wanting to recharge. The first time all the machines were down and I had to drive elsewhere. The second time I got a free charge somehow but had to wait as only one machine was working properly. The third time is today and there is no machines working. Why is it so hard to keep the machines running properly. They always seem to have issues. I drove to three different locations and all locations have problems with their machines. What’s going on?
