They always deliver terrible charging rates for Teslas and customer service will say they work for everyone else, you’re just an idiot. “Fast charger. Worked fine with the 2019 Kia Niro EV. Yes, it gets very busy here and I believe there are only two chargers. Sometimes cars park without charging because there is limited parking here. There is another EVgo down the street and some Electrify America chargers near by.
