What drivers have written

“I had a very frustrating experience today at the Tesla Supercharger located at Westfield Culver City. The charging rates here are extremely expensive compared to other Supercharger locations, and to make things worse, the charging speed was incredibly slow. My car estimated over an hour and a half just to get a decent charge, which is completely unacceptable for a Supercharger. This defeats the whole purpose of using Tesla’s fast charging network. If I wanted to wait that long, I would just charge at home. Tesla seriously needs to fix this location — either improve the charging speed or adjust the pricing. Right now, it feels like you're paying premium prices for subpar service. Very disappointing experience” — J C, 4 months ago

“Probably the worst charging station in all of LA County. The chargers are super slow. I vowed never to go to this one again and found myself in a pickle, so here I am again. It takes over an hour to charge. Keep going to Playa Vista if you don’t want to sit for a long period of time. The only good thing is that it’s next to the mall so it’s useful if you need to shop, but if you’re in a hurry avoid Culver City at all cost.” — Jae L, 3 months ago

“Clean Safe location. Don't go in the near by mall. Remember you're at a Super Charger (fast) and you don't want to hold up Charger spot for other Tesla owners. Be courteous.” — Curtis Hamilton, 2 months ago
