“Sharing my experience regarding charging at Tata power ez charge I went to charge my vehicle initially I tried connect Gun A for charging but somehow charging was not getting started. Then a known person came and tried to start charging my vehicle from gun B (from his wallet) and charging started. He charged my vehicle of 50 rs and told that this charger is working and you can recharge here. He told me to pay 50 rs. I send him 50 rs only after confirming that my vehicle was charged. I again tried to recharge my vehicle but again the car was not charging. As I was in hurry I requested that person to start charging from your Wallet and I will pay for this. I sent him another 450 rs and he started charging. After some time the electricity got disconnected hence charging stopped. That person again tried to charge car but was not charging only 10 % charged. He unknowingly ran away. As I was in hurry. I called him and requested to give remaining amount back. He said there is issue in app and I am unable to fetch remaining amount. I called him after sometime and he said my wallet is empty and company has not refunded me remaining amount.
