“Let me just say, I had a great experience at Randy Wise Hyundai. I had been looking at cars online for about a month now, going back and forth between cars I liked vs what I needed. I had been driving a Chrysler Town and Country, which I had no issues with except fuel economy, the van was getting about 22mpg, between how much I was driving and the price of gas, it was getting expensive. I started looking at Elentras because they get great fuel economy and I loved the styling, design and looks of the car. I went to Randy Wise, because they had new and CPO elentras and wasn’t sure which my budget would allow. I pulled onto the lot and took a lap around just looking at the new and used cars, and when I parked in front of the building, I was met by DJ. He introduced himself and started asking what I was looking for, went inside got some information and took a new one for a test drive, it ended up being outside of my price range so I started looking at used Elentras, found the perfect one in blue, took it for a test drive and loved it. We talked numbers, got the credit app thru and because it was so late in the day, the next business day they got the ball rolling, got everything approved and set up. We go up there turn in my minivan, get the Elentra and sign all the papers. Was a good experience overall and satisfied with the vehicle. After everything was signed for and done, I even asked for help with the bluelink, which DJ helped me with. And the cherry on top was the first time it rained after I got the car, I noticed the wipers were not in good shape, so I messaged DJ asking if the dealership would replace the wipers and instead of driving the 40 minutes to the dealership, DJ ordered a set of wipers for me to pickup at the O’Reillys auto parts store by my house, and they were good wiper blades, not just the cheapest ones available. It seems like most sales men forget you exist after the paperwork is signed.
