“Located on the 5th floor inside the Skyview mall parking structure. You will need to pay to park here. I paid about $6 to park. 3 cars ahead of me on a rainy Sunday around 5pm. Total wait for a CCS charger was about 35 minutes. Charge time from 50% to 85% for 2024 Q8 Etron was about 45 minutes. 53Kwh. Pros: can shop in mall (Uniqlo, Adidas, Nike) Cons: downtown Flushing area is packed, pay to park, pay to charge, .64/Kwh, $32 for 50Kwh = ~ 120 miles. A 20mpg gas car = 6 gallons @ $4/gallon (premium) = $24. $32 for electric or $24 for gas? 1:20 hrs to charge or 5 minutes for gas fill-up? $81K for EV or $70K for pretty nice gas car (BMW X3?). Hmmmm, hard choices, but anyway, this review was about an EA charge station. Summary, charge at home overnight at 1/2 the price. “5th floor !! Got there 9:50pm charge took about 20 mins. To go from 27miles to 180miles really quick ! Lol honestly too fast I should’ve did the regular charge.
