“Needed the app the charge my EV at a Shell Recharge station. Total cost was $4.82. Next day they put a "temporary hold" of $50 from my card with NO MENTION OR WARNING during the transaction on the app. Customer service just said "some stations put a hold on their transactions" yeah well those other stations don't hold $50.
