“Update 11/19/24: Both are Working! Recent CCS handle upgrade on right stall. Still FREE, press “No Receipt” after plugging in. 🤙 Update 07/29/24: Both Not Working… Update 05/08/23: Only 2nd stall is working, 1st stall is OFF. Update Sep2022: Both stalls are working fine now. It’s usually back and forth between one or the other not working. But I rarely find others here. I’ve used 15+ times since 2020. Free EV Charging! (paid for by tax dollars) CA Clean Air. 50kW DC Rapid Charging CCS & ChaDeMo. 2 stalls. Only one working (1st on the left as of 02/06/22), both were working a year ago, and it’s odd that whenever one gets fixed, the other stall stops working. Hopefully they’re both functional soon. It’s also the only non-Tesla DC station in Kettleman City. Just plug-in & press “No Receipt” (ignore card readers, etc.) These same machines are at Tejon Pass 5S Rest Area and a few others up North. Soon to be at every rest stop in CA. Installed in 2020. Got 130miles in 45min @50kW peak, for FREE (saving $12), while I ate In N’ Out from down the street.” — Tanner, a year ago
