“I was really impressed with this charging station. I was visiting a nearby place when I realised that my ev vehicle charge was low. I wheeled into this station. This is located inside the MG Coastline Garage showroom. The security helped me park into the station where already another vehicle was charging. I had already downloaded the ChargeMOD app earlier. So starting to charge was easy. Another executive was nearby who also helped me with it. They also allowed me to sit inside the showroom while charging which was very good. The charger has 2 guns of 60 kwh capacity and both are of CCS 2 type. The price comes to around ₹ 17.5 / kwh which is cheaper than many other stations.The price may be higher in the night. I charged for half hour and left. Overall I had a very good experience here. I would recommend this to all EV vehicle owners who are nearby.” — Joel Devasia, 7 months ago

“The charger works brilliantly as promised in delivering fast charge. The very low rating is only due to the staff who are not bothered to help and the lack of training. Since I was using the charger for the first time, I needed support but apparently when I went there nobody in the showroom were trained to operate. And further, nobody took the initiative to help me other than the manager himself. “The staff inside the showroom or security doesn't help to get my vehicle charged earlier there is a malayalam security person who help a lot i.
