“DO NOT USE! Using Tap to pay feature charges you a $75 hold that you do NOT get back, even after charging and waiting a full week. When you call there customer service line, both companies listed on their website have NO records of this Charging Station existing (as per multiple Customer Service Representatives). I was told the situation would escalate, and that I would be contacted within 3-5 days in regards to a refund. Of COURSE they never called me back. And because I had to charge here twice, I’m not out over $150 dollars, because then they charge you for the actual charge as well! 0/5 STARS. Do not use.
