I love that these chargers don’t throttle you down regardless of how many vehicles are charging at the site; I always get a solid 45-50kW. Now that I’m setup on the app I can check how much CO2 I’ve saved, track my charging cost trends and even reserve my spot in line if I’m in a rush. “Great location, unfortunately the chargers don’t work. Not only do you have to download their app to use their chargers, but you also have to type in all of your personal information. After waiting for 20 minutes to figure out how to use their charger, the connectors didn’t work. I tried three different chargers, and none of them were able to connect to my car. “I tried all four chargers. One worked. It would accept the payment. Go to plug it in. Hit start then it says charge canceled by customer. I didn't touch anything. And then it goes into rebooting. This isn't the first station by this company that is had issues. I guess this will probably be the last time I'll use this company. I was wondering why there's nobody at any of these chargers.
