“Back in Demeber 25, 2026, I had a horrible experience where I had to switch connectors 9 different times and charge in 1-5 minute sessions until the last time I plugged to the 350kw was stable enough to charge my 2026 GMC Sierra EV to 80%. I get that my truck has a 170kw/h battery pack and it strains a station more than your usual 150-250kw charging speeds for your average EV, but it was completely unacceptable that this happens when you need it the most. I was making a run to the Denver International Airport, customer support was blaming my truck, which has never had any problems related to charging and I even took it to the dealership in January when I got back home. I highly recommend you skip this location and use the ones in North Platte (Pilot GM Energy) and the Tesla V4 station in Sterling, although that tops off at 180kw for EVs with an 800v architecture. In short, save yourself a headache of 2.5 hours to charge what should be done in 30 minutes.” — Jorge Chavez, 3 months ago

“No wait at 8pm on a Saturday night. Situated close to I-80 in a Walmart parking lot, so it's easy enough to pop in for a restroom or snacks and drinks. I had an issue with the right charging cable on station #3... It connected and started from the app, but was only delivering about 60kw of power (all day I'd been seeing 150kw+ on Electrify America chargers).
