“Cables are very heavy, no plug and charge. You must use an app then scan the QR codes sticker (what if code is damaged/unable to scan?). Good price. Bathrooms are inside the Hilton. Today I went to use 1362 and it was unsuccessful but 1361 connected and is charging successfully. Last time I tried 3 other chargers that were avail and none worked, someone was in the one I have working today on my last (failed) visit. Called customer service today to report error.
